The warranty applies to defects that arise during normal use of the door and that we could have foreseen. Only Emezzi is authorized to carry out repairs or replacements of the components.
If you or a third party make alterations or repairs to the product without our permission, the warranty will be voided. We offer a 3-year warranty for the moving parts and coating. The installation is covered by a 6-month warranty.
